Nature is starting to work it's magic now at the Watergarden
The Lotus leaves are starting to change colours.
It's a fascinating time to observe the garden changing in readiness for the a Winter months as the leaves start turning and the plants go into dormancy.
Freddie was busy flying around the garden all day.
I spotted him along the Main Lake this morning and then on top of the Nursery Hothouse this afternoon.
He sure does move around throughout the day looking for a feed from the ponds.
I got a little crafty last Saturday to create a couple of New Baby Cards for our new grandaughter " Charlie May"......first child for Brian and Jess and our third grandaughter.
We travelled up to NorthernVictoria to meet her on Sunday and Monday.
She is just gorgeous.
Congratulations to Brian and Jess!
Rod and I have booked a week in Noosa during Winter.....this will be our first visit.....so we are looking forward to having time in Queensland. We have also put down a deposit on our 2017 holiday. We are going to be living a dream! Never did I ever think that we would visit Monet's Garden in Giverny in France but in 2017 we have set our sights on making this dream a reality.
