I have been scrapping on and off all weekend during National Scrapbooking Day.........

Won't have much time this week to craft.....so I was pleased with my efforts this weekend!

I even managed to create a few cards....here's one of them

Hoping to get some more sorting done around the home this week.......cleaning up cupboards and throwing out things we don't need/use anymore.....YES.....I'm actually chucking out.....he,he

You know.....clothes,books,magazines.......and even some bags that I just don't need anymore.

                                         Hope everyone else has agreat week ahead!

Nice to be creating again

I must admit I am really enjoying being able to scrap my grand shildern at the moment....here's another LAYOUT for GEMMA'S ALBUM......

Thanks to Fynmark for the yummy products from RUBY ROCKIT RANGE.....NOSTALGIA!!! I sure had fun using it with my Layouts of GEMMA!!!!

I've also managed to create some fun cards whilst away in EAST GIPPSLAND.....so now I'm a little bit ahead of myself with FAMILY BIRTHDAY CARDS......sh,sh...................................

Whilst in SPOTLIGHT BAIRNSDALE I spied this gorgeous OWL STAMP and thought I'd like to play around with it.....so here's what I came up with.....once again thanks to FISKARS for the TOOLS and FYNMARK for the cards and papers.......these two companies are so generous to me.....love you guys!

I'm working on another LAYOUT at the moment....a work in progress using some TOOLS and PRODUCTS from STAMPIN UP......will share soon.....

I finally SCRAPPED!!!!

               I have finally scrapped some fun LAYOUTS of GEMMA and SAM (grandkids)

I have finished 4 LAYOUTS and 7  Cards so far this past week......so that's wonderful for me....it's been lovely to sit and craft uninterupted down here in Paynseville.

I have caught up with Family Birthday Cards for the next few months and have finished 2 LAYOUTS for each of the grandkids......I have another LAYOUT planned out and hope to complete by tomorrow.

Caught up with Kay for lunch today at the Fickle Fig.......love this place.

Back soon with more crafty shares.................off for another walk along the Foreshore to soak up some more Sea Air.

The first thing I do when I get

a NEW Fiskars Border Punch is add it's design to my Punch Design Ring......

So I've had fun creating a FEW new designs to my Interchangeable BorderPunch Ring

This is a great way of remembering which punch designs I have.....I have also done this for my older Fiskars Border Punches and Embossing Border Punches!

It's also handy to have this with me when I'm OUT and ABOUT to show others the fun designs that are NOW available through your Local Craft Stores!

I'm in EAST GIPPSLAND this week and I've spotted some of these NEW Interchangeable Border Punches on the shelves.....in SPOTLIGHT BAIRNSDALE!

Retailers can order the entire range of the  Fiskars Interchangeable Border Punches from Wholesaler SSS ....

                                     

.....AND yes......I have been playing around with these fun punches...here's a Birthday Card I created for my son's partner.......I just love creating whilst in Paynesville...............hoping to craft more later today and all this week.

For this card I used the "Daisy Chain Starter Set " and " Groovy Rainbow " Interchangeable Border Punches and some product from the Bella Nostalgia Range.......

It's good to be crafting again

It's been so nice to have more time to craft the past week....here's a few projects that I have had fun creating...............................

I created this Baby Girl Card for Adam and Elise ......congratulating them on the safe arrival of their first child "Skye Ada"...born April 1st......

Gemma's EASTER BASKET......sure had fun making this for her....included some socks and a little chick....no chocolate eggs for this little grandaughter......LOL!

and lastly.....SAM'S EASTER BASKET....and YES....his basket included some chocolate....and some socks.....he had such fun playing with the baskets......he filled them up with his small plastic fruit and vegie toys.....so darn funny.....at least he knows what a basket can be used for.....LOL!

My next project needs me to have some pics printed off....so that might not happen for a few days.......can't wait to scrap some more pics of the grand kids....might have more time once we hit Paynesville next week......yeh!!!! Can't wait to get down there by the water and all that clean fresh sea air......

Back to normality this week

It seems like ages since I shared a few pics of the gorgeous grandkids.....so here's a few pics

Gemma is growing up soooooooooo quickly and already trying to keep up with Sam in the toys department.....LOL!

                                       SAMUEL is growing into such a handsome boy!

We had the whole family here yesterday for Jess and Tim's birthdays.......which was lovely!

Tim is off to do the KAKODA TRAIL in November so he shall be getting into some serious training now!

He is really looking forward to the Challenge and the experience!

I recently had my 2011 Blog Published.....and am so pleased with the results! I added a Layout of GEMMA on the front cover and Rod and the 2 grandkids on the back cover.....

It's so nice to have more time to craft now the WATERGARDEN has closed for the Season!

I was sent some yummy products from FISKARS and FYNMARK recently...and have been dying to get into the package and create some fun projects.....first off the rank is a Special Card for a wonderful lady..........................sh.......................sh..................can't tell you who it is yet......LOL!

I have had fun playing around with the Fiskars Groovy Rainbow Interchangeable Border Punch and some cardstock from the RUBY ROCK IT range " NOSTALGIA"

Hoping to get some more time to craft later this week....I have so many pics to Scrap of the kids........and having such yummy product waiting to play with.....I'm so excited!!!!

Shall share more soon..................helping hubby pack up part of the GARDEN SHOP the next few days and off to Melbourne for a lunch date Tuesday.

 

What a fun day

It was so nice to have Carolyn up here last Wednesday......it's been ages since we crafted together. Gosh I look so tired in this pic......LOL! Looks like my hair has been through the wringer....he,he.

I was able to show Carolyn how to make a Step Card......so she happily made a few of these fun cards.....using the NEW Fiskars Interchangeable Border Punches and some of the Stampin Up product that I have here.....

We had a lovely day......chatting away and crafting.....we also took a lunch break for an hour or so....so I took Carolyn up to the Patchwork Tea House in Warburton for lunch.

Hasn't Carolyn done a fabulous job of her cards.....can you see where she used the NEW Fiskars Interchangebale Punches? She also loved using the Fiskars Everywhere Punch - BURST!

Rod came home with these gorgeous flowers for me  in the afternoon.......

They are still going strong in our kitchen.....

Carolyn and Jim have now returned to Perth ! It was so nice to see them again!

I'm working 6 days a week as from MONDAY at the WATERGARDEN......4 days in the Boutique, SUNDAY in the CAFE and Thursday doing Rod's shift in the NURSERY / GARDEN SHOP....so no rest for the wicked for the next 7 weeks.......we'll be hanging out to get down to our HH in Payensville come APRIL......kids have booked the house for the first 2 weeks in APRIL....so looks like it won't be until mid APRIL before we get down there......we may even go away for a few days somewhere else ....just for a break over EASTER

PLAY DAY and CATCH UP

I'm having a PLAY DAY tomorrow with my good friend Carolyn.......it's been wayyyyyyyyyy too long since we crafted together......

I've been having fun the past few weeks crafting some cards for family birthdays coming up....

...........................and one more......using the

Fiskars Interchangeable Border Punch -  " LACY DOUBLES "....I double punched this strip to get this gorgeous pattern....I had some Cloud 9 Stickers in my stash that I added along with some Kaisercraft Pearls.

....and just to be different ....a Place Card using my NEW Butterfly Punch and Decorative Frame Stamp from STAMPIN UP...I like to off set punched out shapes and put some 3 D adhesive underneath.....

I need to get some Photos printed off soon so that I can scrap them.....it's been ages since I scrapped the grandkids.....so I'm looking forward to that when time allows...

It's a busy time around here at the moment with the WATERGARDEN SEASON!

Bus Groups are now coming up every day.....and the weekends have been busy....

Punch Crazy at the moment

I've been a bit punch crazy the past few weeks when I get some crafty time to myself!!

Getting out in the garden for awhile today.......need to cut back some roses and do some much needed weeding.............................then working SUNDAY at the WATERGARDEN!!

Valentine Card - Punch Happy - Birthday Step Card

I've had a lovely time playing with some NEW TOOLS from FISKARS!

The Interchangeable Border Punches are a dream to Punch with..............so creating this card for hubby was easy....

I used up some Black Fusion Cardstock by Bellla from my stash along with some Bella Ribbon.

After I finished the Valentine Card I kept playing with my latest product from STAMPIN UP and FISKARS......combining the products from Two Great Companies to create a fun and cheery birthday card for my Step Mum who turns 84 on February 12th......here's what I used....

I must admit I love to PLAY,PLAY and PLAY some more when I get NEW product to see what I can do with them........I am loving the fact that I can combine the Punches from these Two fabulous Companies to get the effect I want with my projects.....thanks guys!!!!
