Have you seen these cute Mini Muslin Bags from Stampin Up?
They come in a pack of 8. After creating some fun gift bags yesterday I thought I'd embellish another one using some flower and button leftovers from another project.
I used a mix of quality tools from both Stampin Up and Fiskars.
After I stamped and punched out the Frame Tag I couldn't find my hand held hole punch so I decided to use my Fiskars Tag Maker punch. I just added a bit of Sticky note to one side of the tag shape so that I could feed it in and punch out the hole. Easy peasy.....did the job perfectly.
Next I added the silver eyelet and tied the tag to the draw string. I actually put two tag shapes through the eyelet as I wanted to have an off set effect......inside the bag I have placed some gorgeous smelling Lemon Grass Soap.
I only have two of these Mini Muslin Bags left so I might embellish them and add soaps for birthdays coming up. Lots of fun.
I've also had a play with my camera this afternoon.....might share later.
At the moment my craft table has bits and pieces left over from other projects...whilst my Christmas leftovers were out I thought I'd create a few Cards.....
So I can now say I have already started my Christmas Cards....LOL!
Used up some Bella chipboard and some Christmas papers from my last Heidi Swapp workshop in Melbourne a few years ago.
The Reindeer and cute chipboard trees are from Scrapmatts.....might get some more at Paperific as they'll have a stand there. I just love using up leftover product. Feeling accomplished today!
One last share for today....I better get dinner ready LOL! Pity we have to eat!
The strips of Xmas paper are the cut off pieces from the bottom of some Kaisercraft 12 x 12 Christmas Papers....once again being a frugal crafter...don't like waste.
........updated 8:05 PM...........
I took these pics outside this afternoon......I was just looking for interesting shapes. Around the Winter garden.....this was a spent garlic flower...
I just played around with my camera settings....
Joining me up the backyard were our 4 chooks.
They aren't laying at the moment....we miss our fresh eggs.
It's nice to see some new growth emerging around the garden now..
